Have you ever wondered why children sleep so soon? Why adults seem to trouble with getting asleep?
Well, it’s not the tiredness. It’s the problems which are keeping us awake.
The solution? I wish I had some kind of medicine or something, but sorry I don’t. Well maybe you could use some real drugs, but I don’t want to support that.
I can only say: try not to think about it. Close your eyes and just say: deal with it later. That’s the best advice I can give.
